A thriving publicly traded specialty finance firm in downtown Boston area is looking for a polished, friendly front desk Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.  This is a fantastic company to work for with excellent benefits and wonderful co-workers.  Responsibilities include basic administrative duties, answering phones, assisting with projects, and working with the other administrative staff and Managing Director's as needed.  This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who wants to get their foot in the door with a great company with lots of room for growth. 


The ideal candidate has a recent Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. 


Must be organized, have advanced communication skills, be friendly and courteous, is highly detail oriented, and has a strong work ethic.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
