Sr. Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to work at our beautiful 180 acre campus in Spring House, Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County. As a Sr. Administrative Assistant you will be responsible to provide high quality administrative and clerical support services for Advanta's Credit Analytics team.

Responsibilities:Handle all phone calls, including proper screening, response and routing.Read, sort, prioritize and route all incoming mail.Provide calendar maintenance and facilitate confirmation/notification of meeting requests including on-line conference room scheduling.Prepare travel arrangements for internal and external employees and coordinate all details with in-house travel agent.Prepare and track various expense reports, BJF and invoice processing.Copying and filing as required.Create monthly binders.Proofread all communications and correspondence.Coordinate catering for internal and external meetings.Maintain internal and external contracts.Support consultants as needed.Payroll and time tracking, including PTODevelopment of Standard Operating Procedures and workflows (Visio is preferred software)Maintain Personnel folders as directed by Management staffResearch on the internet as directed, including working with external data platforms/sources to pull credit reports and prepare reports at the account levelAssist where necessary with Vendor Management and contract processing. May include some due diligence responsibilities.Manage cost center and associated inventory/supplies.Required Skills


High school diploma required; some college preferred.Minimum 3 years experience in executive administrative position required; minimum 5 years preferred.Heavy PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required. Visio preferredMust have excellent scheduling skills in MS Outlook with the ability to juggle multiple calendars.Ability to navigate and work on the internet (world wide web) for the purpose of researchMust be detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills needed. Must be professional, courteous, discreet with sensitive information and cooperative.Must have the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems.Strong initiative, sense of urgency, work ethic and follow-through skills necessary.Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work overtime, as needed.Travel between Advanta’s two PA facilities may also be required. (Horsham and Spring House, PA about 3-4 miles apart)
