Acquisition and WHS Business Unit integration is the focus of this newly formed team. Project objectives include analysis, requirements gathering, process and technical design, and implementation of financial solutions integration across various WHS Business Units. In general, a Systems Analyst Senior will recommend specific solutions for new applications and existing application enhancements, accurately report project status and future plans, and continue to drive small to medium scale projects forward with the end result in mind. Cross team interaction is required. In addition to leading projects, this person will be able to instruct, direct, and review the work of other team members as necessary. Responsible for maintaining and expanding the use of Essbase analytic databases across multiple business areas. Provide and maintain analytic data to key business owners at the strategic direction and priority set forth by senior management. Create, modify & maintain the Hyperion system (Unix, Windows) including Administer databases, load and configure software, apply patches and maintain system stability. Involves initiating interfaces and coordinating to production environment. Also includes package configuration, customization and integration with other WHS and corporate systems.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. • The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of Business and IT experience with Oracle System 9.3 Hyperion suite.• Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams.• Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills to include shared services, application updates, and maintenance.• Working in a team environment and excellent communication skills a must.• Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus.• Experience troubleshooting application technical issues in a Unix environment..
