Position Description:

The successful candidate will:•Research, resolve and respond to internal and external inquiries for highly complex or large size clients with regards to their needs and interest related to Global Proxy Client Services. Completes all inquiries in a timely manner.•Coordinates client meetings / user groups on and off site to build stronger business relationships.•Acts as a client advocate and interface between all departments. •Coordinates new client conversions and existing client testing. Monitors the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient. •Responsible for the project management of assigned projects for the global team. Monitors progress, completes SER/PDD, conducts user acceptance testing and quality assurance until project deployed. • Acts as a role model to other associates in consistent implementation of best practices with regards to client interactions and departmental procedures. • Conducts training for any new/changed or added processes to the global team. Maintains Global Banks internal user guide updates on an annual basis.

Qualifications:

•Education and/or experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Administration. •Preferably 2-5 years experience in a proxy/financial service environment with knowledge of the securities industry and related products. •Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and communication skills. •Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities. •A proven proficiency in client problem resolution. Proven proficiency in maintaining clients, high client satisfaction results and overall client advocacy. •Excellent PC skills required with knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
