MasterCard Worldwide Major Accountabilities:Able to Project Manage any and all project phases. Provide technical and advisory support to membership to ensure the development and implementation of products provide adherence to business requirements. Collaborate in the review of business and functional requirements and determine primary technical functions that the project is to provide. Communicates and consults with customers and/or processors regarding any technological development opportunities. Propose / develop plans for innovative initiatives that extend and enhance MasterCard functionality / services. Coordinate and integrate technology activities and product enhancements with customers to leverage MasterCard assets and to obtain mutual objectives. Recommends and implements technology process improvements with customers to achieve mutual business objectives and incorporating global perspectives. Work closely with developers and requesters identifying data and functional requirements in the design of new/enhanced systems. Comfortable in customer facing situations and proficient in providing business and technical presentations. Ability to interact with all levels of management (internal and external). Evaluate the impact of potential system changes on the membership and on other applications. Mentor team members and provides direction on best practices, problem solving methods, customer interaction and internal communication. Experience Required:Applies extended expertise of theories and concepts, plus advanced knowledge of business or function, usually acquired through twelve to fifteen years of experience in the payments industry with multiple functions within an organization.General direction; decisions and actions are based on established policy. Leads in project teams, coaching, counseling and developing staff.Provide business/technical direction in several related disciplines (emphasis on implementation process). Expertise in existing best practices in the payments industry with knowledge of the Debit, Credit, Chip, e-Commerce etc products. Prior experience in financial institutions, processors, or regional/national networks. Knowledge of MasterCard and competitive business applications/tools.Experience in Debit, Prepaid, and ATM implementations preferred. Exposure to various processing platforms a plus. Travel requirement of 50%. Education:Degree in Information Technology, Finance or Business or equivalent combination of experience and education. RESPOND HERE!
