Work on-site to assist BearingPoint clients to manage large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. Work in team environment responsible for development of major program documentation including, but not limited to an Analysis of Alternatives. Coordinate and work with program leadership with information sharing and overall understanding of acquisition processes. Performs research and prepares various white papers/correspondence General working knowledge of life cycle cost/benefit analysis, financial management, and AIS acquisition practices of the Federal Government and industry. Participates in technical coordination meetings with external organizations. Develop standard reports meeting requirements from project managers. Prepare and present deliverables, status reports and presentations. Obtain and maintain all applicable training and certifications as deemed appropriate by BearingPoint leadership.Position-specific Required Skills: BA or BS or a related field or 7+ years of relevant work experience. The Public Services sector supports the DoD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US Citizenship. 3+ years of supporting or leading development of a DoD programs Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) or related Acquisition experience. 3+ years of supporting DoD Life-Cycle Cost Estimating. 2+ years of Project management and planning experience. 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.Position-specific Desired Skills: Business process improvement techniques. Strong business process management understanding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Acquisition and Procurement.
