The candidate will be working in the ETS production support group, focus on the development support of the ETS backend applications, these are Java applications running on Linux platform. The candidate will need to work with GCC, operations, development team and QA team to perform production problem analysis, document the issues and work on bug fixes and enhancements. The candidate will need to manage the life cycle of the issue from discovery to production rollout.

Requirements

Seeking Java developer (5+ years experience) with the following skills and experience: - Writing/supporting distributed applications in Java

- Hands-on experience with J2EE technologies - Weblogic or other Java Application Server for executing applications

- Tibco or other publish/subscribe messaging system - Oracle or other RDBMS database knowledge. - Strong ability to learn existing applications quickly and to be able to make modifications to them. - Ability to work independently. - Bachelors in Computer Science, or relevant experience.
