Sr. Manager Business Analysis

 Job Description:

 

·  Lead company wide pricing, business analysis, and cost-benefit efforts

·  Lead corporate pricing, cost accounting, business analysis, operations efficiency, and cost-benefit analyses

·  Lead financial reporting and analysis for online marketing efforts.

·  Develop methods, procedures, reports, and databases to enhance monthly management reporting

·  Play a leading role in the assessment and the execution of potential investments and acquisitions.  For example, Develop financial models and analysis to support M&A decision-making, including preparing income statement, cash flow and Balance Sheet schedules

·  Conduct due diligence of M&A transactions

·  Prepare presentations for senior mgmt summarizing key business metrics, risks, and opportunities

·  Participate in financial planning processes as required

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·Bachelors in business related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.).

·MBA strongly preferred, CPA a plus

·7+ years of progressively demonstrated  experience in budgeting, planning, and financial analysis, and 

  a minimum of two years experience in a management / leadership role

·Exceptional analytical modeling and business problem solving skills

·Working knowledge of GAAP Accounting and SOX

·Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior

management

·Strong leadership and staff development skills

·Ability to work independently, hit tight deadlines and take initiative on multiple projects
