The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate marketing program, a major distribution channel for the internet channel. The Senior Associate will also assist the execution of creative strategy and testing campaigns across our product lines. He/she will be accountable for the account acquisition / conversion performance in dedicated areas of their responsibilities. This position reports to marketing manager of channel optimization.Responsibilities: Develop and manage Internet advertising campaigns and new lead generation programs with the affiliates / listing sites to achieve goals of acquiring quality accounts.Closely track and manage acquisition performance against goals.Executing testing strategies and plans to optimize customer experience, and thus improving channel conversion.Assist in executing creative strategies to deliver brand right creatives and marketing campaigns, maximizing response rate to such campaigns.Manage end-to-end campaign process, from directing creative deliverables developed by external agencies and internal creative services team, to obtaining internal feedback and approval, including legal and compliance reviews.Perform competitive analysis to ensure our competitive positions in all aspects of our offerings*HJSKILLSRequired: Skills Required: Excellent project management skills.Experience leading internal and external business partners to define and implement complex cross-organizational initiatives.Strong written and verbal communication skillsSuperior interpersonal skills.
