Sr. Marketing Strategist

Our client is currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Strategist. Having experience with a Financial Industry would be a plus. Job Description:Accountable for targets and goals for companies profitability. Including high margin based product growth in volume, market share and customer/dealer share of wallet. Develop and manage the direct-to market strategy for new and existing financial services products. Support the design and execution of marketing initiatives to develop financial services in the following vertical markets: Agriculture and Construction related to sectors. Automotive and titled distribution markets. Consumer direct and indirect. Agriculture Input Financing Markets.- Act as marketing liaison and point person for internal product and market managers. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product introduction and new market entry. As a marketing subject matter expert, evaluate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and new market development opportunities. Participate in developing annual strategic marketing plans- Participate as a subject matter expert for marketing feasability and valuation studies for new business development activities. Develop and copile comptitiveness evaluations on domestic and global marketplace. Work with  internal and external customers during merger and acquisition process from negotiations, transactions and due diligence through full integration. Create and manage new business and market development teams including SME's (subject matter experts). Manage cross-functional and cross-cultural integration teams to ensure objectives are achieved and to maximize full value capture. Evaluate and monitor competitive positioning and financial performance of key competitors. Provide support for escalated or higher level issues and customer concerns. Participate in leveragin the expertise and capabilities of a matrix organization as they relate to product management, finance, operations, business development, marketing, legal and human resources. Identify key integration value drivers, risks and mitigation actions to build transition strategies and integration plans for all marketing components. Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix within the assigned areas of new market and product development. Job Reqs:5+ years experience in a strategic marketing role within the automotive, consumer, agriculture or construction equipment industries. Experience in the finacial servies industry highly desired and preferred. 2+ years experience developing new business, products and markets in either a marketing or business development capacity. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation skills to senior level management.
