Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: Human ResourcesMin Pay Rate: $0Max Pay Rate: $0Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: Develop, implement and administer Executive Compensation programs for senior executives ensuring alignment with business objectives and shareholder interest. Provide analysis and support in preparation for Board of Director and/or Compensation Committee meetings and manage the annual SEC data gathering and filing processes.Executive Compensation Administration: Work with internal Finance/Accounting/Treasury groups to ensure appropirate equity tax and accounting practices are in place. Work with outside vendor administrators to design equity portfolio and transaction website. Ensure program details are accurate and appropriate plan documents and other data are accessible.Manage and advise employees on equity transactions ensuring appropriate systems are updated.Board of Director and Compensation Committee Meeting Preparation:Work with Senior Management to develop appropriate materials for meetings including competitive data, plan design alternatives (including cash, equity, deferred compensation, etc.), Executive Officer annual compensation review/approval.Manage SEC Filing Processes:Work with internal/external counsel and Senior Management to ensure appropriate data components and other disclosures are reported accurately and in line with regulations.Ongoing Project Management and Support:Manage multiple projects covering all areas of executive compensation including design of new plans, monitoring changes of regulatory provisions, employee communication regarding executive compensation programs, analyzing effectiveness and regulatory compliance of current plans, ad-hoc report and analysis requests.SKILLSRequired: Position located in Riverwoods, IL - Headquarters. Detail oriented, highly organized person with management/ supervision experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred. Ability to effectively present in front of large audiences and Senior level Management. Must have leadership, management, writing/presentations, communication and project management skills and a proven track record of each. Experience in the administration of stock-based compensation programs including knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal securities requlations. Proficiency with Lotus Notes and Microsoft office programs (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is a necessity.Desired: Click here to apply:
