Edward Jones, a leader in the financial-services industry, is looking for a Department Leader of Assessment and Senior Leadership Development to join our Succession Planning team. Our team is expanding to meet the needs of our firm's growth objective. Responsibilities Working under the direction of the dept. leader, identify development needs and appropriate resources for associates in the firm's talent pools. Maintain relationships with external resources such as universities and providers of management development resources. Support interpretation of assessment results and design of development plans. Serve as coach for leaders providing ongoing feedback for their development.Requirements Minimum of Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field. Doctorate degree is preferred.5 - 7 years of experience in interpretation of assessment, design and delivery of leadership development resources and succession management. Demonstrated expertise consulting with business leaders to analyze, recommend and provide customized solutions. Demonstrated program design management and execution skills.
