Sr Performance Unit Mgr - MAS

Sets quality control expectations for the team and manages process work identifying resource requirements, milestones and prioritization of tasks.  Responsible for managing resource staffing and coaching of employees for a team of Performance Analysts, Sets quality control expectations for the tem and manages process work identifying resource requirements, milestones and prioritizations of tasks.  Responsible for managing resource staffing and coaching of employees for a team of Performance Analysts, Business Analysts and/or Operations Product Analysts.  Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for staff as well as conduct ongoing feedback sessions and build performance management action plans when necessary.  Work with employees on career and skills development.  Understand corporate policies and procedures and implement and manage certain HR functions for team.  Accountable to Performance Manager III for management control reports to ensure consistent service delivery and meet/exceed service standards.  Identifies service disconnects and impact on clients and employees.  Responsible for best practice design and execution of deliverables while continually evaluating opportunities for process improvement.  Provides subject mater expertise to clients and internal parties to ensure quality delivery of services.

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent work experience required.  Six plus years experience in performance measurement, or accounting required.  Three years experience as a Manger I is typically required.  Strong customer service and problem solving skills required.  Knowledge and understanding of performance measurement and the securities industry.  Strong relationship management, and communication skills are also required. The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict processing deadlines and also demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management and staff.  Interviewing and hiring experience is required.
