Staffing Manager- Accounting & Finance

Focus Financial Corporation, a leading provider of Accounting and Finance professionals to Fortune 500 clients in the Washington DC metro region, is experiencing exponential growth!  We are actively interviewing candidates for an open Staffing Manager position within our firm.  In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be engaged in the following activities:

 

Responsibilities as a Staffing Manager will include:

 Recruiting and Marketing top Accounting and Finance professionals through networking and sourcing in the DC marketplace Generating new position openings with clients and establishing interviews Interviewing prospective candidates for open requisitions  New Business and Client DevelopmentScheduling meetings with both clients and candidates

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in recruiting or inside sales, preferably in the finance or accounting arena. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written material. Outgoing personality that can build relationships with clients. A desire and motivation to earn a high income.An entrepreneurial attitude and high-energy disposition.BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
