The Personnel Board recruits for 23 hiring jurisdictions to fill more than 800 job classifications.  Currently we are seeking qualified candidates to fill a Statistical Analyst position.

 

To be considered for the position of Statistical Analyst, applicants must have all of the following:

·  A Bachelor's or higher degree in mathematics or statistics, or college level coursework in statistics beyond the introductory level that includes quantitative or qualitative methods; and

·   Work experience conducting complex statistical analyses (e.g. time series analysis, trend projection, regression, correlation, and analysis of variance) using a statistical computer program such as SPSS or SAS; and

·  Work experience using GIS software as a data mapping tool; and

·  Experience interpreting the results of statistical analyses and presenting the results in oral or written reports.
