Click here to learn more about Scottrade.Scottrade is looking for a Stock Receipts Associate at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process incoming customer stock certificates. Resolve 01R and 01W positions. Maintain the stock report due. Send out letters notifying customers of worthless stock status. Send out buy-in letters when required/necessary. Reissue stock deposit over-deliveries upon request. Process DRS's and DWAC's. File extensions with FINRA when required/necessary. Other projects/duties as assigned.Required Skills 6 months to 1 year general office experience preferred 1 to 3 years customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Great attention to detail Quick and accurate data entry skills, including 10 key Basic research skills/problem solving skills Foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers & all Scottrade employees, and by having a positive attitude EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent requiredScottrade, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is committed to inclusion and a diverse workforce.
