If you’re ready to shift your career to the next gear, check out the opportunities at PHH Arval.Job Duties: Paid Summer Internship to provide assistance with the following tasks:Review loan files to ensure that all conditions have been met and notify Loan Processors of out standing conditions. Respond to rush requests from the Loan Processing Center and elevate issues outside the scope of their position to the Credit Risk Management team when needed. Use operational reporting to review loan pipelines to assist Loan Processors in closing loans in a timely and efficient manner. Use internal processing software to audit loans for client contact and help Loan Processors determine which loans need immediate focus. Provide backup to other support departments when needed. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with financial documents or Business/Finance/Real Estate classes completed as part of college curriculum. Excellent written/verbal communication skills required. Must be attentive to detail and have effective problem solving skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast pace constantly changing environment. Computer proficiency required including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
