Supervisor, Business Technology Support

The BTS group is a team of subject matter experts, who provide timely quality solutions to meet the needs of several business areas within PHH Mortgage. The team delivers system administration, reporting, technical solutions and project management services that enable our customers to make decisions that meet and exceed their business objectives.This position will supervise multiple analysts in addition to having hands on development to support key business areas below. - Develop and support the Underwriting / Credit Risk Management / Loan Processing Center / Wholesale and Correspondent Lending management analysis and reporting needs.- Develop and/or maintain Access and Excel business applications and models to support needed business functions/processes. This will entail understanding the business needs and developing user friendly tools that create desired outputs. Lead departmental or cross-functional projects as needed. Lead and participate in efforts to improve accuracy, efficiency, expense reduction within the Credit Risk Management and Wholesale Corresponding Lending areas.Interface with outside departments including teleservices, loan processing center and others to identify issues, determine root cause and implement solutions.Support and continuously improve streamlined method to track/assign and rollout application and reporting requests while ensuring a quality/timely delivery and backup support across the BTS team. Support and continuously improve a prioritization process for requests to ensure each area needs are being met with respect to their critical projects/requests.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- 2-4 years related work experience- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred- Advanced user of databases and Microsoft Office. Hyperion or Brio Explorer, SQL and VBA knowledge preferred. - Proven analytical skills, including ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations to solve business problems. - Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Candidate must posses ability to work independently or in group setting in a fast paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking are a must.Future Opportunity ~ Management
