Position Description:

The successful supervisor:1. Proactively analyzes internal operations and recommends ways to improve/streamline the efficiency of processes according to scheduled deadlines. 2. Supervises the daily activities of the Ballot and Tape (BAT) Client Team associates. Prepares for all Quarterly Client meetings. 3. Provides training and leadership for Client Service staff. Performs annual reviews and coaching of associates as needed.4. Researches and responds to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner. 5. Compiles, maintains and reports applicable quality statistics. 6. Assesses staffing needs and makes recommendations to Management. Interviews and hires staff. 7. Perform all other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years process improvement/operational/customer service experience. Prior Supervisory experience is preferredSkills: Building/Managing Teams.Strong verbal and written communication skillsCollaboration skills People Management
