We are looking for a Support Engineer with a Computer Science or Computer Engineering background to join our support team for our state of the art electronic options trading system. The skills we look for in candidates:

 

1)      Someone who will fit in with our hard-working, casual culture

2)      Someone who can demonstrate he/she is constantly learning new things

3)      Strong analytical and problem solving skills

4)      Working knowledge of scripting languages

5)      2+ years working with Linux

6)      SQL skills, database installations, upgrades, and maintenance

7)      Knowledge of a high level programming language like Java, C++, C#...

8)      Ability to communicate and manage multiple customer relations

9)      Knowledge and/or interest in the trading industry, especially options

10)  Experience within the trading industry is a BIG PLUS
