 Our client, a Fortune 500 Insurance firm, is currently seeking a Human Resources Technical Recruiter to support and recruit top talent for their Global Ops & Systems organization.  This position is a key member of the Recruitment & Staffing team supporting the technology areas in the Livingston / Jersey City offices.  Must ensure that the candidate and client enjoy a 'best in class' experience throughout the recruiting process.  Ideally, looking for a high-energy, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with Sr. Management.  Qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: * Source and evaluate candidates for presentation to hiring managers * Work as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff * Understand functional area hiring needs, position specifications, and parameters of search requirements * Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process * Participate in weekly update/strategy meetings.
