As a Talent Acquisition Advisor for USAA, you will partner with the USAA EBO business unit to proactively manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Solutions for the client. You will serve as the client relationship manager who will advise the client on Talent Acquisition Solutions while collaborating with all levels of enterprise management and internal partners to assess business issues. You will proactively lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions that influence changes in culture, management practices and work environment. You will work closely with enterprise leaders to understand staffing needs and develop staffing strategies. You will be accountable for managing a business unit and producing high performance results. Qualified candidates need to possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of recruiting experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently and facilitate effective working relationships within diverse constituencies. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a complex business environment. Demonstrated experience managing client and vendor relationships. Proven communication experience with all levels of management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Ability to partner effectively with the Talent Acquisition team to identify A-player candidates. Ability to develop appropriate and consistent communications with Hiring Manager to ensure a customer and candidate-centric recruiting experience. Ability to manage appropriate and effective interviewing strategies that benefit all participants and ensure a fair and positive candidate experience. Ability to provide strategic direction and council to Hiring team regarding market trends, concerns and possible opportunities for opportunistic hiring. Ability to creatively source, screen and present executive candidates. Ability to meet pre-established volume targets, staffing cycle time, controlling costs, while ensuring the quality of candidates referred. Preferred experience includes: Prior work in a recruiting search firm/agency environment. IT recruiting experience. Recent work with an applicant tracking system.
