Job Description Team Assistant We are looking for career-minded professionals for our growing and well-established client. As the Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Senior Managers, Managers, and as necessary to other team members.Responsibilities: Type and proofread all correspondence/word processing, responses, reports and spreadsheets Answer phones in a professional manner - heavy volume Prepare slide presentations and coordinate projects with Reproduction, as needed Set up conference calls as needed Prepare time & expense reports Prioritize and route action items; follow-through on completion of work Coordinate travel plans, hotels, and car service Plan and schedule meetings; maintain calendar Meet and greet high level clients and other visitors Open, organize, answer, sort and route mail; faxes File organization Provide back up support to other Team Assistants when needed The Team Assistant also partners with the Client Account Administrator (CAA) to assist Directors/Managers with financial management of engagements. Specifically, the following: Collecting billing information and bill generation; Extending, modifying, opening and closing engagement codes in a correct and timely manner; Generating GFS (Time & Expense) reports on an agreed-upon schedule, to include Net Unbilled WIP, Engagement Status Summary, Individual Responsibility WIPs, A/R Aged Trial Balance, A/R Receipts. Other administrative duties as requested Requirements: High School Diploma or some College preferred or equivalent experience. 2-4 years experience, depending on level, as an executive or administrative assistant in a professional services environment preferred Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven, ever changing environment Excellent oral and written communication skills; as well as organizational skills Strong customer service attitude Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management and clients Ability to work independently; handle routine tasks with minimal supervision Minimum typing speed of 40-60 wpm Strong computer aptitude Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lotus Notes (preferred) Team player Exhibit initiative in problem solving and trouble shooting with administrative responsibilities Overtime flexibility required All Interested and Qualified Candidates Click Here to Submit Your Resume for Immediate Consideration.
