Tech Support - Windows 2000/XP

Project Description:  Qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of installing, configuring and supporting software, hardware and connectivity components of a single-user Windows 2000/XP workstation. S/he must have experience with anticipating, recognizing and resolving various technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems and working with a problem/call management system. S/he must also possess knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000/2003, IBM PCOM, remote access software, Internet Explorer, mainframe, passwords, and be able to provide appropriate support for product use. Lotus Notes experience is a plus. The candidate must be extremely customer-service and results oriented, an experienced problem solver who seeks assistance when necessary, a self-starter with excellent oral and effective written communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and an experienced decision maker. S/he must be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document
