Technology Manager 4 - On-line Sales Platform

Job Description: Lead - Inspire - CoachThe Technology Manager Apps2K is not only responsible for managing the full-software development lifecycle for Wells Fargo's Online Sales Platform (OSP), but will also lead, inspire and coach a talented team of engineers to help deliver the core online strategy of Wells Fargo.The Technology Manager leads and manages a team of software developers to complete the full software development lifecycle to deliver projects and system enhancements for OSP. In this role, you work closely with ISG Web Channel Management Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to throughout the SDLC to understand business requirements for scoping, planning and executing projects. In addition, the manager coordinates with Quality Assurance (QA), ISD Architecture, Configuration Management (CM) Integration Engineering and Release Services to complete projects and deliver releases. The Technology Manager shares responsibility with OSP management and PSG to maintain systems availability.
