Technology Sourcing/Contract Manager Description Description:Job Mission & Summary:As a Technology Sourcing/Contract Manager in the Information Technology Infrastructure department you are responsible for managing the full life cycle of contracts: Key Responsibilities:- Lead vendor negotiations, perform financial analyses, ensure the adherence to master agreements, approve suppliers, and risk management. - Monitor and ensure adherence to financial and legal policies and procedures. - Author and develop requirements, Statements of Work, Request for Information, Proposals, Quotes, and Service Level Agreements. - Facilitate the execution of Terms and Conditions as well as various other licensing agreements. - Manage Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Deal Review Board on behalf of ISD Group.
