Job CategoryIT/Software Development Job Location US-CA-Los Angeles StatusFull Time Position description The Technology Support Representative (TSR) position is located in the Technology Support Center (Downtown Los Angeles) providing support for a wide range of IT problems and requests. TSRs provide basic to intermediate level resolution and follow-up for IT-related problems, request and question handling, desktop application support for Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications, as well as for other issues (e.g., network access problems).TSRs work as part of a team to continually improve the knowledge and skills needed to provide high level user support.
