Telecom Billing Analyst

Seeking Billing Analyst with a commitment to client support. Responsibilities include preparing and processing of telecommunications bills and performing bill reconciliations.  The successful applicant will process excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, both orally and in writing. The requirements include data entry skills with attention to detail and some experience with relational databases.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.  Previous telecom billing experience preferred.

 

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college or university or 4 years of related professional experience, or a combination of  4 years college and related professional experience.

 

Qualifications:

1.  Ability to interface between the client support organization and vendors in researching and resolving billing issues.

2.  Experience with Telecom circuits, wireless billing and provisioning.

3.  Demonstrate a high level of data entry and organizational skills.

4.  Ability to multitask and meet project objectives.

5.  Experience with the Winbill 32 Application or other relational database.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
