Telemarketing Representative - Outbound Call Center - San Antonio, TX
At our call center, located in San Antonio, TX, our Telemarketing Representatives contact established customers to thank them (courtesy call) and solicit additional financial services (ask if they would like to borrow more money) NO COLD CALLING!!!!
The following opportunities are available:
Telemarketing Representatatives – Part-time and Full-time - MUST be able to work multiple evenings and Saturday.
We offer excellent benefits:
**Starting pay of $10/hr + bonus; salary increases up to $11.75/hr at end of the first year
**Employment bonus up to $3,000 the first year
**Monthly bonus program
*Tuition reimbursement for qualifying courses
*10% hourly differential pay for evenings and weekends
*Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work some evenings and Saturday)
**Must meet performance requirements to be eligible for these benefits
Successful Candidates will have:
Positive attitude
Goal orientation
Excellent verbal communication skills
MUST be able to work multiple evenings and Saturdays
High school diploma or equivalent
Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish helpful
Min. 1-2 years experience in outbound sales, customer service, sales (including retail), telemarketing or call center experience preferred
All applicants subject to criminal checks, credit checks and drug screenings during the hiring process.
Position Requirements:
MUST be able to validate high school diploma or equivalent GED. Highest diploma will be verified.
