Territory Sales Representative For P & C Industry Leader

The position is responsible for assessing agency capability for new business, producing sales and achieving business development and production results.This position must be able to strategically partner with agents to drive agency growth and production goals. Qualifications: ·  College graduate ·  Self –starter·  Results-oriented·  Ability to manage a designated territory ·  Ability to effectively manage multiple business priorities·  Analytical and problem-solving skills·  Highly motivated to achieve goals and objectives·  Ability to develop excellent rapport with agents and other company personnel·  Communicates ideas and information in a clear and concise manner ·  Ability to negotiate and persuade in a manner that gains support and commitment·  Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of sales and marketing  experience in a business environment. Candidates will be tested for sales and marketing potential.  This position will need to live in the assigned territory of Lexington, Louisville or central Kentucky, and work from  home residence.
