Trade Support Representative
Job Responsibilities:Daily support functions covering settlement, reconciliation, control, management reporting, wire transfer and overall client service. Interaction with various internal support departments in the U.S. & global regions. Daily written & verbal communication to internal & external clients for Client Service supportQualifications:College graduate and/or a minimum of 1-2 years work experience within the financial industry, preferably middle or back office. Candidate should have operational processing knowledge in both U.S. and International securities Working knowledge of various products including equities, ADRs and foreign currency preferred as well as ADR conversions. Knowledge of the Prime Brokerage and stock loan business preferred. Position requires strong professional communication skills, both written & verbal as a primary function of the job is interacting directly with internal and external clients. The ability to work in a team environment and under stressful timeframes is required along with strong analytical & quantitative skills. Functional knowledge related to settlement, reconciliation and trades processing preferred. Client service oriented mindset is essential. Knowledge of CTM, CBAR, ML Prime, and Geneva a plus.
