Trading and Customer Support Specialist

FutureTrade, a wholly owned subsidiary of Interactive Brokers, is a leading independent electronic brokerage firm servicing the hedge fund and institutional investment industry.  FutureTrade has developed its own proprietary electronic trading system providing buy-side traders with a fully integrated, direct access, trading platform for U.S. equities and options. Through one platform, traders have access to liquidity on all major exchanges, ECNs, ATSs, Brokers, and all major U.S. Option Exchanges.

 

We are currently seeking a Trading and Customer Service Specialist who will facilitate all types of trading inquiries, offer technical support, and provide solutions for other customer related issues.

 

Qualified candidates are required to have:

 

* 4 years of Securities industry experience

* Current Series 7 and 63 licenses

* Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications

* Strong customer service background

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

 

BS/BA degree preferred. Experience working with ECN's and Proprietary Trading systems a plus. Please do not submit your resume unless you meet the above requirements.
