POSITION DETAILS
We are searching for the right candidate to join our team as a Treasury Manager for our Corporate Office.
Primary objectives of this position are:
Assist the CFO and finance and accounting group with finance functions to promote correct and up-to-date analyses, reporting, and maintenance of Taylor Morrison financial status and statistics. Perform Treasury Management Services for US operations.
Primary responsibilities:
§ Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecasting processes for NA group of companies
§ Help establish and perform ad hoc and standardized financial analysis for NA group of companies
§ Perform North American monthly, quarterly, and annual budget consolidation summaries and monitor throughout year
§ Collect and summarize the two-week, monthly, and 13 month rolling cash forecast supplied by the divisions. Prepare corporate level cash forecast
§ Perform treasury management functions (including investment of funds and coordinating borrowing with UK) for US Group companies
§ Responsible for preparing corporate level cash flows and consolidating cash flow forecast for NA
§ Update cashbooks/loan schedules daily
§ Management of multiple treasury systems and financial institutions
§ Check and monitor companywide positive pay exception items
§ Handle all outgoing company wire transfers
§ Responsible for all balance position and activity reporting to NA CFO and UK
§ Liaise with the divisions on various banking issues
§ Responsible for establishment, monitoring, and closure of company bank accounts
§ Maintaining and updating account signer log
§ Setting up and maintaining online banking users and services
§ Distribute and handle inquiries relating to the cashbooks and loan schedules
§ Review the monthly bank charges to determine accuracy of the billings
§ Meet with bank representatives as needed and to assist CFO
§ Responsible for monitoring and submitting for new and renewal letter’s of credit and for preparation of letter of credit monitor
§ Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned by management
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Regular attendance required during established working hours. May require work schedule adjustments to accommodate 7-8 hour time difference between US and UK. Work product must be accurate, relevant, and timely. Have a keen awareness of customer needs; consider customers when making decisions; create opportunities that address customer needs.
Qualifications:
§ BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
§ Minimum five years relevant experience
§ Experience with financial forecasting and accounting systems and other banking and business software
§ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
§ High degree of confidentially including cash management accounts and balances, and home and lot costs and profit levels
POSITION PREFERENCES:
§ Banking; Homebuilding; Construction; Private Equity; Treasury, or Forecasting experience for both public and/or private companies
§ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
§ Hyperion Enterprise Reporting and advanced Excel user knowledge
§ Knowledge of IAS, IFRS
§ Proven ability to partner with business functions
§ Hands on technical skills
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
