You'll analyze and interpret legal instruments; comply with fiduciary requirements, internal policies and procedures; and manage accounts in accordance with policies/procedures. The selected candidate will also maintain expertise in fiduciary, investment, tax and related areas; provide excellent client service; retain/develop profitable client relationships; provide sales support; identify new business opportunities (and coordinate with Community Bank to identify trust/product new business opportunities); and promote a professional atmosphere that encourages the open expression of ideas and opinions. This team player has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); at least 7 years' personal trust administration experience; proven success at business development and team selling; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer focus; effective time management; and a working knowledge of investment and securities. CFP or CTFA is preferred, along with the completion of Cannon Trust School I, II and III (or equivalent knowledge from other training or experience).Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
