Trust Fed Trade Settlement Specialist

This position: monitors the processing of all Fed trade settlements including input to the Trust Accounting System; oversees the daily Fed trade settlement process, ensuring deadlines and operating schedules are met; contacts investment managers daily to address day-to-day settlement issues and communicates problem situations upon occurrence to department management; identifies and recommends opportunities for productivity improvements and system enhancements; and assists as needed in various areas including transitioning of new account assets; settlement, reconciliation and balancing of daily trade activity and accounts; and processing of mutual funds trades/posting as directed.

 Note: Prior Fed Trade Settlement experience and knowledge of Fed securities and processing are highly desirable.
