Coordinating with HR Incentive Compensation, Compensation, Legal and other groups as appropriate.· Managing staff of WLD's Bonus Administration group. Responsible for hiring, motivating, training, as well as managing their interaction with other Corporate groups.· Maintaining and improving systems and processes for bonus plan calculations and reporting.· Providing monthly, quarterly and YTD reporting to senior management on plan efficacy and cost.· Managing monthly and quarterly reporting process, calculations review process, calculation system implementation and maintenance and data integrity between source systems.· Managing team development and re-engineering work processes. A Successful Candidate Will Have:· Bachelor degree or equivalent· 5+ years - Functional· 5+ years finance experience and 4+ years management experience· Knowledge of project leadership methodology(ies) and the ability to implement automation projects· Strong personal computer skills including advanced knowledge of Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint for presentations · Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking, and negotiation skills· Ability to apply broad financial and analytical skills to potentially high volumes of work· Ability to make sound decisions, taking into consideration cultural and environmental conditions· Ability to effectively lead a diverse team of analytical resources and instill/maintain a high level of customer satisfaction· Ability to effectively analyze facts and issues to determine innovative solutions· Ability to effectively present proposals to diverse groups of people ensuring that communication is accurately understood by all parties involved· Ability to negotiate consensus among diverse groups and impact the activity of others· Ability to build and manage relationships and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating activities and groups across divisional lines· Ability to operate under pressure of strict deadlines The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:· Industry certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) · Prior experience or knowledge of mortgage banking and the drivers and results that apply to incentive compensation· Knowledge of Human Resource payroll policies, as well as knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll issues Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
