With Total MerrillSM, we believe it is no longer necessary for our clients to maintain a relationship with any other financial institution.Job Responsibilities: ·  Responsible for the distribution of the Firm’s Liability Management and Banking Services platforms (Mortgages, Securities Based Lending/LMA, CMA+/Beyond Banking, Credit Cards and ML CD products) in a defined territory within the Firm’s retail distribution channel.·  Partner with Directors, Sales Mangers, Financial Advisors to achieve territory sales targets. ·  Train Financial Advisors on Liability Management and Banking Services platforms.·  Assist the Financial Advisors in implementing the liability management discipline into their business plans. ·  Conduct office presentations, training sessions, one on ones with FAs, and public speaking events for management and clients regarding Liability Management and Banking Services.Qualifications: · 4-6 years sales related experience in a mortgage and/or banking environment required.· 5+ years experience in the financial services industry (retail/commercial banking a plus).· Proven presentation skills.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and listening skills.· Exceptional organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.· Maturity, sound judgment, integrity, tact, teamwork oriented and sensitivity to confidential business, human resources and client related issues.· Analytical ability with a good sense of business priorities.· Extensive knowledge of PC applications.  (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) · Demonstrate ML principles.· Series 7 and 63/66 licenses are required. Merrill Lynch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
