Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  L1-30010-508160 Location:  Northern, NJ 07936 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee One of my best clients experiencing explosive growth targeting approximately 30% this year alonge seeks a VP-Manager of Private Equity Services to add to their growing and dynamic team.  They support a broad range of private equity funds, including buyout, venture, real estate, mezzanine debt, fund of funds, secondary, co-investment, employee plans and carried interest plans,   This position will be responsible for a broad spectrum of financial and accounting matters affecting our private equity clients.  Directors should have a strong background in partnership accounting with an emphasis on financial services, proven client management skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team in monitoring client deliverables and meeting deadlines.  The candidate should have practical accounting experience which includes: financial statement preparation, quarterly/year-end accounting closings, calculating partner allocations, and/or audit experience.  Candidates must have a BS in Accounting/related field, 7 + years experience in Accounting, CPA designation a plus, Knowledge of partnership accounting, private equity experience a plus.
