Valuation Services Tangible M&E Senior Associate Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP ("Deloitte FAS") offers advice to clients on financial, economic and strategic "lifecycle" events and transactions through four main service areas:  Corporate Finance, Forensic & Dispute Services, Reorganization Services and Valuation Services. Through these service areas, Deloitte FAS provides such services as:  forensic and litigation consulting; corporate investigations; technology risk assessments; electronic data recovery/evidence management; transaction advisory services for acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations; business valuation; and restructuring. The specialized skill sets, deep industry knowledge, and experience of our dedicated Deloitte FAS professionals, combined with the resources of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms, enable us to respond quickly to the complex and diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking qualified candidates to join the Tangible Asset Valuation Services practice: Our Valuation Services practice has the ability to leverage a vast network of professionals in the U.S. through Deloitte FAS and the other Deloitte U.S. entities, and abroad through the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms and their affiliates. We possess seamless delivery capabilities, deep financial and valuation-related accounting acumen and robust industry experience. Our professionals help companies identify measure and articulate the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations. We help clients to properly quantify and articulate values for financial reporting, taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. We understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions. Tangible Asset Advisory Services - benefit clients who own, or are acquiring or constructing capital assets, often resulting in reduced project costs, enhanced tax benefits, and more prudent accounting for and management of their capital investments. Equipment Advisory Services - provide asset valuation and consulting support to assist clients in compliance reporting, specialty tax transactions and strategic business purposes, as well as assistance in acquisition and divestiture analysis, and insurance-related valuation services.Qualified Senior Associates will possess the following: - 3-5 years of technical and financial advisory related experience - Demonstrated experience in business and strategic planning, managing client relationships.  Will create and deliver client proposals to obtain new engagements - Must possess exceptional leadership/supervision skills - A strong finance, accounting or economics background required - Experience in professional services firm preferred - BBA required; MBA preferred; ASA, CPA and/or CFA, a plus About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
