VP - FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

 

SUMMARY

Small,growing & well capitalized commercial real estate lender is looking for amultitalented individual with a strong accounting background &organizational skills. This is a hands-on, do-it-yourself job for aresponsible, skilled and self motivated individual.

As a memberof the management team, the VP – Finance & Administration will beresponsible for the company’s Accounting, Finance, Information Technology,Administration and Human Resources functions.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The VP - Finance & Administrationwill be responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, human resources,information technology and administrative functions for EnviroFinance Group,LLC and related companies.  The VP -Finance & Administration will play a central role in developing itsbusiness, fiscal and risk assessment plans. The VP – Finance &Administration will provide financial leadership, develop and execute on majorgoals and strategic plans, and manage the financial reporting, informationreporting/technology, human resource and corporate administrationfunction.  Key contacts will includeEFG’s Chairman, President, CFO, as well as the firms private equity sponsors,credit facility providers, auditors and other external resources.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

o Stronganalytical & financial management skills

o Workingfamiliarity with Microsoft office networks

o Provenability to organize and manage multiple priorities, work independently andmulti-task

o Comfortablein a fluid, small office environment

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

o BachelorsDegree in accounting or business administration.  CPA not required but a plus.

o 3 - 5+years of accounting/finance experience

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

o $75K -125K salary plus bonus.
