· FHA/Reverse Mortgage Experience  The job function is high volume sales of residential and commercial loan programs to consumers, realtors and other appropriate prospects. Duties include loan origination, accepting/auditing borrower applications, pricing and closing the sale, and customer referral follow-up. Loan officers will be supported by a seasoned team of processors, and marketing specialists (Various lead production methods). A California Real Estate License is preferred buy not required.

All applicants must have at least 2 yrs of extensive industry experience sufficient to perform all associated duties from the point of hire, specifically regarding sales, loan product pricing and familiarity, loan packaging, and general conditions fulfillment.
