Eagle Financial Services, Inc. is a Finance company.  We are looking for an additional person to help in our CLEVES, OH office located on State Rte. 128. 

When Eagle Financial Services, Inc. started over 10 years ago, it was with one idea in mind: Build the company with smart, loyal, dedicated employees that can think on their feet --- empower them with TRUE autonomy and some direction and the business will succeed. In return - pay them well and be loyal to THEM... and you will get what you give! Message to corporate America... IT WORKS! But we all know I am wasting my breath. Most of corporate America will never get it.  The management of this company all came from another finance company (Beneficial in my case) and we were tired of the bureaucracy.  We believe we have built an "old school" finance company where people are approved on the entire picture, not just a credit score... 

Yes, this type of lending can be tougher and certainly leads to a lot of in-house collection work.  However, our customers will never call in and talk to an automated voice mail computer... they are treated as people... not just a number.  We work hard! 
Frankly, this can be a pretty hairy job... however, we do have fun as well.  We are a family.We often take "working lunches". However, when you love what you do, you are always surprised at the end of the day that the day is already over and you weren't able to be get it all done. 



We have all worked for companies that do not show loyalty to their employees, where individual self-starters are not appreciated (someone is standing over your shoulder all the time), sometimes where you are looking for something to fill your day (never a problem here), where your employer is just that - an employer - and only that. We believe we have created a family atmosphere here.  We're small, and will likely stay that way.  We have nineteen operations now, and very little turnover. 



If you've worked for other, larger companies - you can actually appreciate what we have to offer. We provide you a place where you can shine and succeed on your own and as a team - while working in a very small office environment (typically 3-4 people per office) in a righteous business.  Small loan lending (not check advance)... just traditional small loans.  Yes, our rates are not as low as the bank rates... but we approve a lot of customers the bank would not, and the personal service that we offer should be worth something too.Our business has really not changed a whole lot in 90 years. We help middle-Americans with their everyday finances! We finance cars, vacations, unforeseen expenses, Christmas... etc. What could be more worthwhile? We help people build their dreams and credit in the process! 

Obviously, most people are better off not borrowing if they don't have to... but if they do - we are a great place to turn to for a $500 - $2,000 loan without paying check advance prices.  Just as with our employees, we treat our customers as we would wish and expect to be treated... regardless of their circumstances. We try to always do the right thing ... and give it our best effort every time!

If you lead your life in a similar manner, have good credit and a good work ethic, and you would like to be a part of this in the Greater Cincinnati area... we have an opening for you! We believe our pay is very good (commensurate with experience), but experience is certainly not a requirement. We will gladly train you. Full insurance benefits are available as well for the entire family - 100% paid by the employer. OUR HOURS ARE ALSO VERY FAVORABLE... WE WORK M-F TYPICALLY 8:30 - 5:30 with one late night per week and Saturdays sometimes during the Christmas season. 

A stay at home Mom, anxious to get back into the work-force full-time is certainly more than welcome as well! We are flexible.  Duties vary from clerical and adminstrative, to closing loans, to working with past due customers... however, there is nothing that your day would consist of that the Manager wouldn't be willing to partake in as well. You will also close loans and collect. That is our core function. WE MAKE LOANS --- AND THEN WE COLLECT THEM BACK TO PROTECT THE COMPANY'S INVESTMENT. However, a large part of your day would be spent inputting loans, running payments, waiting on customers & directing the front-end office flow of a finance company.  Pretty simple stuff. Of course, there is a lot of stuff that goes with all of that... but that's the business in a nutshell. We are ultimately relationship lenders who lend based upon common sense decisions.. not some matrix or computer that tells us who we can or cannot lend to!  The operation we are immediately hiring for would require that you answer phone and run a cash drawer.  However, we cross-train as well. 

We are passionate about our beliefs - and God willing, that will not change. Obviously, this is not the pie in the sky perfect job, but we believe it is a VERY good one... and more importantly, it is a place where you can make a difference in the company, in the lives of your co-workers and most importantly... in the lives of your customers. And our hope is you will be here until the day you retire. We were all put on this earth for a reason. I will look at EVERY application submitted through the process... However, I do ask that you complete the application process via Monster as I will NOT look at e-mails with attached resumes unless you submit a cover "letter" / e-mail explaining that you have good credit (this is a requirement - and frankly it ensures you have read this ad)...  because monster ads typically yield at least 200 resumes, this cuts back on the people who are "blanketing the market" with their resume without much thought to the position they are actually applying for.  In short, it lets me focus on those that are truly interested in what WE have to offer, and have taken the time to fill out a monster application -- or at least went through the pre-screen questions.
