Position: Wall Street Financial Information Institutional Salesperson
The role of the Financial Information Salesperson is to develop relationships with new and existing clients of Advantage Data and sell the firm's fixed income analytical and data products to sell-side and buy-side financial services firms, make proactive sales calls each day, learn about new features in the products, keep accurate client information in ACT, consult with clients via telephone, email and in person. Base salary $48K - $100K depending on experience plus monthly commissions. Total compensation ($70K-$150K). Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, (both verbal and written), excellent personal computer (Excel and Word) skills and Internet browsing familiarity required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be a self-starter and able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE OR 1 YEAR OF VERY SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY (PREFERABLY IN FIXED INCOME) IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
