Web Developer 6

Job Description: Wells Fargo's Internet Services Group (ISG) offers the opportunity to develop e-commerce applications using the latest web technologies to help deliver the core online strategy of Wells Fargo. The Web Developer 6 (Online Sales) is a core member of ISG's product development team and is responsible for providing technical leadership across the department for projects throughout the software development lifecycle. The Web Developer 6 works directly with product managers, business analysts, project managers and software architects to understand business requirements to lead, plan design, develop and test new applications and enhancing existing applications. In addition, the developer coordinates with quality assurance (QA), configuration management (CM), platform engineering and release services to establish standards and improve processes. Web Developer 6 supports systems availability by leading the review and correlation of software defects and faults to identify systemic problems. Using the data gathered in the problem analysis the developer is responsible for leading the re-design and re-factoring of systems.
