Web Systems Analyst 3

Job Description: This position will be part of Wells Fargo Financial Information Services. Responsibilities are as follows:Implements the resolution of technical problems involving creation of web sites and application installations and their integration into the bank's existing computer systems. Provides technical support to Web Developers, participates in new hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintains the systems that integrate web systems with existing systems. Employs web systems support applications, troubleshoots web-based customer support and web interfaces to databases. Gathers performance statistics and assists in determining hardware requirements and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Supports Weblogic, Lombardi Teamworks, IIS servers, intranet web sites/applications, MS SharePoint servers, Websphere Dan Apache/Tomcat servers.In general, provides technical support for web systems environments. Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex web software and related firewall, database and hardware problems to maintain, restore or improve service quality and availability, analyzes and resolves issues or may escalate as needed to meet established service level agreements. Participates in projects and/or coordinates small projects associated with web and e-commerce application installations, upgrades and deployment efforts including deploying code to individual servers, configuring the web site infrastructure, performance tuning, and translating how applications interact with web components to assure that all components communicate and are integrated properly. Provides project status reporting. Updates and completes documentation. Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported are and analyzes additions and changes for risk to the environment. Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan. Provides assistance and guidance to less experienced staff. Minimum Qualifications: 4 year degree and 3+ years technical experience with 2+ yearsweb experience or equivalent combination of education andexperience. Preferred Skills: Strong communication skills.Linux and Windows OS experience.IIS Weblogic, Websphere or Tomcat experience.3rd party application support experience.Lombardi Teamworks or SharePoint server experience beneficial.Scripting experience (Perl, Batch, VB).
