Webcast Manager

Shareholder.com a NASDAQ Company provides live audio and video webcasting services for thousands of events annually. We work with some of the biggest companies and events like Google, Microsoft and UPS. We are currently looking for someone with ability to work within a fast-paced team oriented environment supporting our client base's crucial and sensitive material. The position entails strong client support and technical expertise within our Media Operations. The ideal candidate will build solid relationships with our Information Technology, Web Development and Client Service departments as well as vendors. Knowledge of or an interest in audio and video technology, problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are expected. Being able to think outside the box is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Manage of team of individuals who are focused on the daily delivery of our webcast solution
· Participate in the product management process for our webcast offerings
· Responsible for process definition and improvement
· Focus on the institutionalization of process and a reduction in error rate
· Overall business effectiveness of the group and product
· Communicate with internal departments and external clients
· Manage and communicate with third party vendors.
· Provide technical leadership and best practices support to clients and account managers
Requirements
· Previous experience in the Webcasting and audio/visual
· Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and written and verbal communications skills
· B.S./B.A. degree
· Ability to travel
