Description:ResponsibilitiesExamples of Duties: (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all that maybe found in this job.)Completes volume and average handling time trend analysis and forecast Determines and implements staffing needs based on forecast requirements.initiates and implements appropriate actions to ensure contractual obligations are met.Utilizes Workforce Management software to aid in competing volume/average handling time forecasts and the completion of associate work schedules. Communicates with various resources to obtain information that impacts forecast and staffing results.
