Writer (Technical)/Manager

Financial & Realty Services, LLC (“FRS”) is seeking candidates to handle technical proposal writing for a growing professional services firm.  Candidates will work with senior management and staff to prepare bids and proposals for government and private sector contracts.  Candidates must have strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, think-outside-the-box, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a 'Can Do' attitude.

 

Additional duties include the management of marketing material, web site updates and special events.

 

Successful candidates will possess:

 

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or related field

* Five years of business writing in a professional services environment

  (government, real estate, facility operations, project management, etc.)

* Knowledge of federal government marketplace

* Skills in formatting correspondence, proofreading and editing

* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

* Proficiency in MS Systems, Adobe and Graphics
