The following are the requirements for Collectors and Bilingual Collectors:

 High School Education or equivalent Customer Service and/or call center experience preferred. Proficiency working with computersTyping skillsFor Bilingual positions: Must be fluent in both Spanish & English

 Problem-solving abilityStrong communication skillsSelf-motivatedMulti-tasking ability
