ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES

Acme Smoked Fish of Florida is currently seeking a full time, permanent accounts receivable coordinator / customer service / inside sales to provide support to its busy office.  ASFF is one of the leading smoked seafood processors in the United States. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager.

Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Experienced Customer Service / Inside Sales

Position Type: F/T (Full Time)

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida 33069

Reports to: Office Manager

 

Requirements: ASFF is seeking an experienced accounts receivable coordinator / customer service / inside sales who can (a) answer phones (b) confidently handle and resolve customer inquiries / disputes, and (c) can effectively accomplish a series of back-office tasks. Hours are from 7am to 4pm. Individual must be a quick-thinker and a self-starter. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

 Collection of A/R and resolution of outstanding customer issues General Customer Service, inside sales and sales support Order entry Resolution of customer returns including processing corresponding credits Receiving and checking in drivers after delivery rounds Deposit monies and checks received by mail, communicating amounts to NY office Invoicing, checking Pricing, general file and database maintenance Accounts Payable data entry Upkeep of front desk and general reception area

 

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Shows initiative, is a self-starter Good interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Knowledge of MS Office a must
